Use only on clean, flat surfaces. Placing the ORTOTO products on a flat and clean surface helps to prevent unnecessary wear and tear. Rough or uneven surfaces can damage the product material over time, reducing its lifespan.

Keep out of direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the material to fade and overheat, resulting in discoloration or warping.

Store in a dry, cool place. Proper storage in a clean, dry place will protect the longevity of the product and ensures it remains in good condition.

Avoid placing heavy objects on the mats for extended periods. Applying excessive pressure, especially with heavy objects, may cause the material to warp or change shape.

Do not leave the product deformed for long durations. Prolonged product deformation may cause the material to warp or change shape.

Don’t wash in a dishwasher. Improper washing methods can lead to material damage and reduce its lifespan – we recommend washing ORTOTO products only with water and soap.

Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents. Using abrasive cleaning agents may damage the material and reduce its lifespan.
